Fast and very convenient. A lot more expensive than say a nig box store, but for me, on this occasion, the convenience over-rode the cost. Plus, I got one free identical key if I paid for 2.

The keys arrived in a few days. They work, but only with some effort. There were burrs on both keys. Kind of sloppy work.

I was told the service call was $20, and to unlock the Door was $20 and up, it took the technician 5 minutes to open both locks, I was charged $120!!!

At six thirty pm on a Saturday night Alex showed up and explained our options. He installed a high quality keypad lock and patiently showed me all the features .
