If you want the key quick, don't do this. I really didn't need it that fast so it was good.

The keys arrived in a few days. They work, but only with some effort. There were burrs on both keys. Kind of sloppy work.

I was told the service call was $20, and to unlock the Door was $20 and up, it took the technician 5 minutes to open both locks, I was charged $120!!!

Have used their services a couple times. They redid a car key/fob for me and also made 5 sets of 8 different keys. All of them work without an issue. Frank is the man!

Could not believe Honda wanted ~$600 to replace a 2018 Honda Clarity key fob. The Helpful Honda Guys must be spending all their $$ on buying puppies for kids. I found Torrance Lock & Key who claimed they could give me one for 60% less! I was skeptical but once they ordered it, I went down and the whole process took ~20 minutes! The staff was so friendly and professional I'm looking forward to my next visit after I lose my keys again.

Locked myself out after changing the cylinder. Called Nova, Alex got to the house soon after I called, yadda yadda yadda, I'm back in my home. Quick, easy, friendly. I hope to never need Nova again, but I'd recommend Nova to anyone.
