I would NEVER recommend this company or use them again. They are a big scam. They have no store front. Their address is in a office in an office park that offers shared business services so that they can have a real street address. They sent out a gentleman who is NOT AN EMPLOYEE, but has his own little business. Therefore, he was not driving a company truck, but arrived in a personal car. I was not told that about that upfront. The gentleman was fine....but I am sure that he is being taken advantage of as well as scammed too. I was told that rekeying locks would be $35 and up depending on the lock. Well these were no fancy locks, and I was charged $39 each. Then, I needed 2 deadbolts installed.....I was charged $178 for the 2 deadbolts locks themselves, $358 to drill holes for them through the 2 doors.......and then $175 for labor too. Besides being way OVERCHARGED, I was issued an INVOICE WITH NO COMPANY NAME on it. My credit card shows a charge from "ViewInvoice.com".........Again, NO COMPANY NAME was associated with the charge. Very strange! I did not research the company as much as I should have. I have learned my lesson. So Mr. "Top Notch Locksmith" (Avi Magi according to the company's GA annual registration information), I want some of my money refunded.
