The type of key I wanted a copy of was not available in the machine so I was not able to receive it that same day but it was shipped to me and arrived within 2 days. The key itself worked perfectly. Very convenient.

The key making process is fairly easy but it does take a maybe up to 5 mins. based on the key. The key quality, to me, seems sturdy and the keys did work after a little jiggle.
