Great service at a great price. The machine has standard keys. Special keys (Medeco and Mul-T-Lock) can still be scanned and copies sent to your mailing address. Very good pricing, better than most rip-off hardware stores in the city.

Back door lock jammed. Gary somehow managed to get the door open and replace lock with no mess! We had a very tight time line, but Wayne got to us in good time, first thing as promised and allowed us to meet our schedule. He is a star!

The kiosk and it’s service is great. Instant access to your key 🔑 (especially if your a kults like me and lose it every five minutes) and it’s really cheap. The mail service leaves much to be wanted. I wanted to make a copy of my mail box key but th kiosk said I would need to get it in the mail. No big deal, that was over a year ago and I still haven’t gotten my key. I did this twice so I know it wasn’t a fluke
