Right at this moment I'm locked out of my apartment because the key I had made with them this week just broke inside the lock from my apartment door. Now I'll have to spend more than $100 to have a locksmith come to my place on a Sunday afternoon thanks to the poor quality of their service and product.

I only called up because i needed help with my bike lock they wanted to charge me $60 just meet me I took care of it myself (way faster)

The KeyMe kiosk is conveniently located right in front of the escalator that you take down to the main store level. The interface was easy to use and the process was quick and simple. I love that the keys were made in the similar format to my current keys, especially since one of the keys had a unique square head. I received my two additional keys i the mail within 3 business days and loved the option of saving the keys in the system in case I need to access it at any location. Easy to use and would highly recommend!

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Not only did they lose the package (with my address on the front) with my keys inside, but their customer service "manager" Ashley was just reading off of a script continually repeating unhelpful next steps that required me following up with USPS. Not sure how it's my problem that the distributor they chose lost the package.
