Very pleased with their service. I called and 20 minutes later the guy was here and unlocked my door in minutes. The price is “19$ to send the guy to your place plus the charge for whatever has to be done. When he gets there he will see and tell you the total before he does any work.” To pick my bedroom door lock it was 95$, plus the 19$ for him just arriving to me, the total was 114$. They know you’ll pay anything when you’re desperate. I’m just happy this was so efficient.

I have lost all my Honda Accord car keys and didn’t have a chance to get a spare made one before . I’m glad fully that I have found those guys in the middle of the night who could replace a car key . The process was very quick and easy going . The technician that arrived had explained me everything about the process , basically from A to Z . I have paid more than half less than I got quoted from other places where my wife got requested quotes for .. I’m very happy and satisfied customer . Fast and punctual service! Tech came and was very professional. The job was done in less than 15 minutes. Had 2 keys duplicated and cut. Price was extremely reasonable. I lost my motorcycle key (Honda CTX) which I ride all year round in NYC about a month ago. I tried for about 2 weeks to locate a talented, master locksmith to make a duplicate of my remaining key but was rejected/refused by more than half a dozen other locksmiths in NYC ( I called around the City and made in-person requests). AVI was the ONLY locksmith willing to guide and help me. He told me to get 2 blank keys from Honda (check eBay etc..) and then come back. I ordered the keys online, then took both blanks to Avi who cut one (allowed me to check fitment on bike) then cut the other blank - all within 15 mins. Both duplicate keys work flawlessly and now I am less stressed about losing a key and needing an EXPENSIVE replacement key installed by the dealer. NYC MOTORCYCLE / SCOOTER RIDERS/ GO- GO SEE AVI to get a duplicate - he is super friendly, incredibly helpful and does not charge ridiculous fees. SUPPORT LOCAL, honest, businesses like this one. He will be my locksmith for all of my motorcycle and home needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
