I have lost all my Honda Accord car keys and didn’t have a chance to get a spare made one before . I’m glad fully that I have found those guys in the middle of the night who could replace a car key . The process was very quick and easy going . The technician that arrived had explained me everything about the process , basically from A to Z . I have paid more than half less than I got quoted from other places where my wife got requested quotes for .. I’m very happy and satisfied customer . The process for one key was simple and quick. The other key could not be copied. When I called, they explained that because of the type of key it was, I would need a locksmith and they offered a number. Very good experience.

Got locked out of my apartment at 3 am... roommate was asleep. Luckily I remembered I had used a KeyMe kiosk to make a spare set of my keys when I first got them so I ran to the closest 7-Eleven and hallelujah my keys were saved on this kiosk. I was able to get a new set of keys (and a taquito) and get back into my apartment in under half hour.

It’s a good idea but when I got the keys made they were visibly not matching and would never work. That being said, I called the company to discuss a refund and they did provide that over the phone with an email confirmation and try to help me find another place to have keys made. Would I use keyme again? Unlikely. But at least the customer service was good.
