I have lost all my Honda Accord car keys and didn’t have a chance to get a spare made one before . I’m glad fully that I have found those guys in the middle of the night who could replace a car key . Elan charged us $700 for a lock out and rekey. Was told that our lock was faulty and that our new lock was "hard time find," so that's why it was so expensive. He was also sure that our landlord would reimburse us since it wasn't our fault. Turns out we were ripped off and that our landlord isn't responsible. Lesson learned.
