I was skeptical of having an automated key made because I've had issues in the past with similar setups. Made 3 keys and to my surprise they all worked perfectly right on the first try. Making the keys took less than 5 minutes and they have your standard key pricing you'd get at a larger home store.

The keys worked. Great for emergencies like all the stores closed from covid or locked out in the middle of the night.

I have lost all my Honda Accord car keys and didn’t have a chance to get a spare made one before . I’m glad fully that I have found those guys in the middle of the night who could replace a car key . The process was very quick and easy going . The technician that arrived had explained me everything about the process , basically from A to Z . I have paid more than half less than I got quoted from other places where my wife got requested quotes for .. I’m very happy and satisfied customer . Fast and punctual service! Tech came and was very professional. The job was done in less than 15 minutes. Had 2 keys duplicated and cut. Price was extremely reasonable. Programming was far less cheaper than the crooked dealerships! I’ll be using them again! I highly recommend them for your key fob needs! Best part, they come to you!

I was going here for a while due to walking distance convenience and it so happened that I always had dealings with Sasha who I enjoyed her service. But any time I had dealings outside of Sasha, it was uncomfortable and unpleasant which is why I would avoid others as much as I could. I had three really bad situations that made me officially leave. There was two different occasions in which Sasha boyfriend who does not work there was flirting with me in front of her which was completely disrespectful to her. Another occasion was that the guy that did work there was so rude, disrespectful, and sarcastic to me when I brought in a lot of items I needed to ship and was asking for his guidance. He really did not do his best in helping me make the best decisions for what to ship out but rather was very impatient with me. As oppose to asking me questions to help me assess what was the most cost efficient for me to send out versus not. Or let's say that took a while even just encouraging me to step aside and take my time to call a friend to figure it out and assure me that he was there to help as soon I could think of the best decision for me. Apart from Sasha, they really need a change of employees. I now go to QWIP Pack & Ship on Grand street and make the extra walk because the whole team are so kind and helpful and helpful there. As well as efficient in the service provided. Great service and comfortable treating beats convinence.

Edit: eventually they warm up maybe a bit to you after enough times ? They’ve been a lot nicer for a while and understanding. Added 2 only because I can’t add 1.5 stars... 1 star for existing simply at the address specified and open hours listed . and the 2nd star only because theyll accept usps, ups and FedEx packages pre labeled FREE (as all places should but also i understand similar small post office mail stores do need to turn some profit to stay in business and accepting packages free all day and doing all the work as a middle man - wouldnt make sense) which is great since theres neither shipping providers nearby or convenient except office 11206. they are physically in the store during listed hours however BE AWARE!!!! any time they have listed for open or close.. add 30 mins or subtract 30 mins because they dont consider themselves open despite they are in the store during work hours and leisurely doing basic tasks they have to do as part of their daily work..will pretend to not see or hear you banging loudly trying to get their attention since itll be 15 mins after their listed open time BUT if you can spend at least 5 mins (likely more though) doing that and feeling beyond obnoxious .. they may come over and motion and mouth rudely some variation that theyre closed and then go back to ignoring you as if they didnt just interact with you..and act as if you just ruined their day and caused some cascade of huge, urgent issues and give you an over the top eye roll and death glare mix.. same if you show up less than 30 mins before their stated closing times (which they say one thing like the times are correct but act another way like theyre closed already and won't help you even if its accepting a pre labeled and good to go package that has nothing else from them needed but take the package from the customer and place it down somewhere in the store.. and its able to be dealt with tomorrow to ship) theyre one step below USPS clerks on the i hate everyone and im miserable and want to make sure youre fully aware how miserable scale. so close yet just havent fully reached that breaking point. if you want to be treated awful as if your a problem not customer and some HUGE inconvenience to someone's day - this is it. otherwise spend the least possible time you can here and avoid interacting with this place and its "employees"... employees will only help someone (and when i say help thats answering something with info you know off top of your head and doesn't require moving out of their chair or anything with multiple steps involved) when they want to or feel like it which is usually never they also actively ignore customers - its almost a skill to be able to do it as often as these people do lol in any situation during the day at anytime.. they just turn it on like a switch employees have consistently awful, terrible attitudes at work to the point its beyond "unprofessional" and the negative effect it's had has rendered them unable to successfully complete even the most basic duties of their job and below or at a bare minimum acceptable pace..like cmon. mailing things and being a mailbox office ? for reference i come in about 1-2 times a week various days and times for the last year and always have this level of bad experience without fail and also have witnessed essentially everyone who steps foot in there will unfortunately go through the same unexceptable experience. they seem to be rock bottom level bad and almost work to maintain that horrible status since it requires much more work than just doing literally anything else and that the chance of 1 thing having a positive effect is has a higher chance of happening since basically anything would be an improvement from the current status.. im not sure how they continue to communicate and treat people they call "customers" in such poor manners ? it does make me wonder whos in charge there and how theyre ok with seeing that and it then continuing for who knows how long.. basic human manners staff meeting? at least try lol

My go-to spot. Everyone is always very helpful and they’ve been efficient every time i’ve come. Renewing my passport was an absolute breeze thanks to their knowledge and willingness to guide me. I’ve had some really fun conversations with the employees here and I always leave feeling good!

One of the girls who works here is super sweet. I'm disappointed to hear the owner is now going to start charging to drop off a USPS package. I have a small etsy business and i got my own printer and packing materials in hopes to save costs, only to hear that my favorite drop off site is going to charge to give a package to the mailman. I'm confused if that's even legal (or ethical?) i understand if you have to raise prices in order to pay your own bills , but you're not really doing a service for someone who drops off package. I wish NYC had regular USPS drop boxes like the rest of the world. I'll miss stopping by this place!
