I was skeptical of having an automated key made because I've had issues in the past with similar setups. Made 3 keys and to my surprise they all worked perfectly right on the first try. Making the keys took less than 5 minutes and they have your standard key pricing you'd get at a larger home store.

The keys worked. Great for emergencies like all the stores closed from covid or locked out in the middle of the night.

I have lost all my Honda Accord car keys and didn’t have a chance to get a spare made one before . I’m glad fully that I have found those guys in the middle of the night who could replace a car key . The process was very quick and easy going . The technician that arrived had explained me everything about the process , basically from A to Z . I have paid more than half less than I got quoted from other places where my wife got requested quotes for .. I’m very happy and satisfied customer . Fast and punctual service! Tech came and was very professional. The job was done in less than 15 minutes. Had 2 keys duplicated and cut. Price was extremely reasonable. Programming was far less cheaper than the crooked dealerships! I’ll be using them again! I highly recommend them for your key fob needs! Best part, they come to you!

Not happy - Pricing was constantly being inflated, $275 in total. Locksmith made no attempt to simply ‘pick’ the lock, instead without warning, started drilling & removed entire system, made a huge mess & charged a premium to do so.

A bit expensive, but convenient ... if you are not in a rush. The machine scans your key. You enter your address where a copy of your key is mailed to you within 3 to 5 days. You are given the option of having the scanned data saved to the KeyMe cloud (or network). I returned to this kiosk twice ... 1st. The nearby hardware store didn't have the key type. 2nd. The nearby hardware store that I used to copy about 4 keys, created two copies that didn't work. I returned to the hardware store one time to get the copied key fixed. About a week later, I discovered that another key copy (from the hardware store) didn't work. I was in no mood to return to the hardware store. Overall, KeyMe was more expensive, but convenient. And with the save feature, you wouldn't have to worry about copying a lost key (as long as you are able to wait 3 to 5 days for a replacement key to arrive). Useful if you need to replace a mailbox key or a padlock key, but not great if you lost your house keys.
