The locksmith did not give any sense of the amount it would cost prior to coming and then did not give an accurate statement regarding the cost whether it was successful or not. The locksmith was unable to open the lock yet still charged the full amount. We were still locked out and down over $200.

Called to see if they had a physical location. The person (I think it was a woman) was horrible!! Acted like I put her out by calling. They don't have a physical location (FYI)so a customer can't get a key made. She actually just hung up on me after I asked a couple other question. If I could give a negative star review I would.

I lost my car key and called this company They were really fast. tech was professional and polite explaining all he did. Tech also make me a spare key for free. i definitely recommended!

Called because the door knob on my home is busted and this place is less than 2 minutes away. They have one of their agents contact me, asks for my address, can't understand me so asks for a text with it. The guy doesn't respond for 20 minutes so I ask his ETA and he tells me 20 minutes. Told him to cancel the service. I feel they should tell customers how long till they can be helped.

Woman who answered the phone was the WORST!! Totally off putting and rude!! Didn't use the service couldn't get past the phone call. Even said to me in the rudest way "gosh could you speak up!" Brat teenager probably an owners daughter. Poor choice!!
