HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We have been trying to fix our storm door for a while and couldn't get people to call us back, but Matt was totally on top of it. Matt did an amazing job making sure we had the right lock for our storm door, which was a really tricky lock. He was super nice and professional and we will definitely use him again for all our lock and key needs.

The locksmith did not give any sense of the amount it would cost prior to coming and then did not give an accurate statement regarding the cost whether it was successful or not. The locksmith was unable to open the lock yet still charged the full amount. We were still locked out and down over $200.

Don't buy automotive batteries from this location. The owner has zero intentions of doing any automotive battery warranties. My warranty was denied due to "voltage being too low". Battery warranties all claim this as voiding the warranty. However, after making many phone calls, Napa, O’Reilly, AutoZone or pretty much any auto parts store will still warranty your battery under this condition. Buy from reputable and reliable businesses and you will save yourself a great deal of time and money not to mention they will actually show you a little respect when you need them to stand behind their product. That's much more than can be said about this location.

Went to autozone first and they wouldn't install my battery for me because of the extra work with the start/stop wires. Went to Barteries Plus Bulbs and he got my battery installed in under 30 minutes no issues. Price on the battery was great as well. Thanks again!!

I have never left this store being anything but thrilled. Their customer service is on point and all the staff that I’ve dealt with has been friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The first time I went there, I took a working button battery because I needed three more of them. Within literally 20 or 30 seconds of entering the store, I had my credit card out making my purchase. I was so happy with the experience that I left my good battery on the counter and didn’t realize it until I got home. I turned around and went back to get it and they told me that it had been swept into the bucket with all the other dead batteries to be recycled. No problem though, they just gave me a brand new one. I know, I know; it was only a couple of dollars worth, but the fact that they completely trusted me and didn’t even hesitate was awesome. I also went there to see if they had a battery for my car key fob. Again, they found one within 10 seconds but rather than just selling it to me, they went ahead and replaced it, then tested it for me. Same thing when we took my wife’s phone there to get a new battery. They found it in about 5 seconds and replaced it for us, always free of charge. They’ve replaced a couple of screens for me and they always do a fantastic job. I tell everyone I know to go there and I only wish I had more business to give them.
