The locksmith did not give any sense of the amount it would cost prior to coming and then did not give an accurate statement regarding the cost whether it was successful or not. The locksmith was unable to open the lock yet still charged the full amount. We were still locked out and down over $200.

We had this company re-key locks for us after we moved in (years ago) and we bought a matching lock for a new exterior door we added last summer (no reason they would remember us). But last Friday was my lucky day! One of the deadbolt knobs suddenly stopped working, just spinning and pulled right off. I visited the store and found out I needed a tiny allen wrench/ hex key. I asked where I could buy one, but they had an extra one they offered to give to me. The fact that I didn't have to hunt one down saved me time and some dollars! Thank you so much! : )

I needed some copies made of my motorcycle key, of which I already had the blanks, just needed them cut...after many calls I found one location that wanted to charge $11 per key..so..$33 for my needs. Found Pro security on a separate attempt, and went in thinking around $30..after all was said and done..the owner charged me $5.00 total..awesome !!! Plus fast friendly service to boot..5 stars easy !!
