The locksmith did not give any sense of the amount it would cost prior to coming and then did not give an accurate statement regarding the cost whether it was successful or not. The locksmith was unable to open the lock yet still charged the full amount. We were still locked out and down over $200.

Key me is an automated key duplication kiosk located in the west entrance of the Smith's maket place next to the claw machine. No locksmith services are available. The price per key is approximately $7.99 to $9.99. Keys get cheaper when you buy multiple copies.

Meh. Feel like I got ripped off. Had a previous locksmith get into my house a year previously very easily. Had this technician come and drill out my lock despite telling him otherwise - price went from $60 - $175 as well... called owner multiple times but never got any kind of response or help. Not recommended.

Absolutely terrible service. We got locked out of our house. Price went from $30 on the phone call to $160 when the guy arrived. He drilled through our door and then left with the door knob totally disassembled and a hole in our door. Told us to go to Home Depot and fix it ourselves. A complete rip off.

Max was awesome! Price was a little high, but he arrived in 20 minutes and got my vehicle opened in about 1 minute ! I highly recommend this company if you are in a hurry, thanks again Max!!

He good work. But riped off on price of lock and dead bolt. I also had pay before work and tip there was no option on tip it $45 $65 $75. To get my lock and dead bolt put in.

Had a keyed bedroom door that was accidently locked. The door had a simple 5 pin lock that was designed for bedrooms. Was short on time and decided to give this company a shot because of the decent ratings. The "locksmith" showed up and immediately decided that drilling the lock was the only solution, then charged 75 dollars. All the while not practicing any of the CDC guidelines while in the middle of a Covid-19 spike. Wouldn't recommend if you are hoping to find professionals. Save yourself time and money and pull out you're trusty drill.
