We were not happy to discover that one of our kids had locked and closed one of the interior doors of our home, especially since we didn’t have a key for it. I called a few places, but just got voicemail recordings since it was after 5pm. When I called the Flying Locksmiths, I was able to speak with someone right away, get a quote, and schedule someone to come out the next day. The locksmith (Bobby) called ahead of time on the day of to give me an ETA, and even worked with me on the timing to get around my schedule dilemma. He arrived at or before the promised time and got right to work. He was very professional, yet friendly and personable. He was able to pick the lock surprisingly quickly, and then he re-keyed the lock as we had discussed. I didn’t time it, but I think he was finished in 20 minutes or less. He clearly explained what the cost would be, and I was able to pay with a credit card. I highly recommend the company, as well as Bobby himself. I would definitely call them first next time.
