Bobs lock & key was great! I locked my keys in my car with my son inside and when I called Bob left immediately and was at my house within 10 minutes. Made me feel calmer knowing someone was urgently in their way to help.

Everything is 2 to 3 times over markup that you'll find from the big stores. But this is a neighborhood store and the value of not dealing with the parking there crowds and then untrained staff of the big guys is why I keep going to this great store.
