The white haired lady up front is very unfriendly and rude. I am very much a regular, I come from Weiser to shop there. She has never asked me if I found everything or how my day is, etc. Two weeks ago I tried to use a coupon on a sale item. Instead of explaining it to me, when I asked, in a very loud, and condescending voice, she said "you most certainly cannot". I was embarrassed by the ordeal. I know on Mondays I will take my business elsewhere.

It's a Saturday, and I've locked my key in my car for the first time since high school. A1 Key and Lock Service to the rescue, with friendly and fast service at a reasonable price! Made an embarrassing experience a pleasant one! I highly recommend them!

The lock/handle on my mom's sliding glass door was broken. Dennis came out and took a look. The door is pretty old, but he let me know what kind of mechanism to look for at Home Depot and will come back out to install it as soon as I purchase it. He was friendly and professional. We will definitely call him again if we need any locksmith services!
