Although the location didn't have my particular key style available, I proceeded with the transaction and they sent my new key in the mail in a timely fashion. Thanks very much. I'd do it again, for sure.

Took them only one minute to unlock this simple storm door and they charged $154. If they know you're locked out of the house and desperate to get in, they will milk you. They also charge and addition 4% if you pay by credit card. Something they didn't mention until it's too late.

Great experience, just taking a bit too long to cut a key, otherwise I would have given five stars.

The machine was super finicky and took about 5 retries to get the process started. But once I removed the key from the key chain, the kiosk was able to duplicate the original key. The duplicate keys worked in the lock, so can't complain about that.

It's a great service and when some keys didn't work, they promptly refunded the costs. On the other hand, most keys I made did work very well. This service is much better than the alternatives of humans making the keys.
