DO NOT GO HERE if you’re looking to activate your cars key fob. Got a new key fop for my 2013 Honda Civic which cost about $40 and to activate the key fob they charged me $75. The key works well BUT THE PROBLEM was when I got home the new key fob that they “activated” wasn’t working. To make things worse they deactivated my car’s original key fob. So I have TWO fobs that don’t work and when I went back for them to fix it, they had NO CLUE HOW TO ACTUALLY ACTIVATE THE KEY FOB. On top of not ACTUALLY ACTIVATING THE FOB they didn’t want to give me my money back for them “activating” the key fob THAT DOES NOT WORK. How are you going to charge for a service THAT YOU DID NOT DO?!?!? Then the guy working there told me he doesn’t know why the key fob was not working but if I BOUGHT A FOB RIGHT THERE HE WOULD ACTIVATE IT?!?!?!?!?!? Don’t go here. Go to the dealership instead.

I called for a locksmith today 05/18/20 and he was there 3 min. And charged me $189.00 and the office suposibly around the corner on forest drive. It's a shame what this world is coming to. Don't use them . I called back as the company requested and told them that the third party locksmith they used would not give me a price over the phone but he had already written up s price on his receipt before he showed up. Very deceitful.

I googled locksmiths in the area and it said KeyMe was less than a half mile away from Annapolis Mall. Needless to say, there was about an hour wait and when the locksmith arrived, he said he came from Silver Springs, Maryland. When you call, they ask you for your location, so i dont understand why they would send someone all the way from Silver Springs. It was false advertising as to the distance and poor customer service to not disclose the fact that they didnt have a locksmith in the area! On top of that, it was $140 just to unlock the car. Hopefully I will never need another locksmith but if I do, I would NEVER call them again.
