Locking myself out of my own house, I used a neighbor's phone to get a locksmith. Some of them said that no technician was available for even a week. Somehow after speaking with one, two locksmiths arrived at about the same time. I had gotten a call on the neighbor's phone and gave them my address, but thought it was the one that I had just called. The Alpine locksmith picked my lock, and had it opened in a short time. I paid both of them, but this was much cheaper than breaking a window. I was able to get my ID and pay by credit card once I could get back in, and they were very kind and gracious. The wait was about a half hour when they said 45 minutes. Lucky there hadn't been a snowstorm, and I had warm enough clothes, but don't always think a technician will be available by some companies. Locking myself out again, I thought that I was dead. Another locksmith said, "impossible." I spoke with Home Depot, and they sent me Danny. He figured it out fast, drilled a hole, and voila! Installing another lock, I can now get in through the sliding glass door. He gave me a key. Then, needing service to better install a fingerprint ID door lock, he found why it wasn't working, and fixed it. Also I had him swap out the original front door lock to the garage door. Thanks to Danny, I won't be locked out ever again!

Bought a Large safe from these guys. They where very helpful loading it on the flatbed I brought and they where surprised at how prepared I was to take it home safely. I thought I was really prepared too. Even with a lift gate and one of those fancy dollies that climbs stairs by itself, that safe was no joke and the 5 of us where really wishing I had just paid for delivery and installation. Got it all moved and am very happy but take my advice and pay for delivery and installation if you get a large safe. It sounds expensive but believe me it would have been worth every single penny. I am completely exhausted! I definitely would recommend these guys to buy a safe from. They where very professional and helpful. They recommended delivery too but I didn’t listen. I should have listened!😂

They delivered as promised and on time :) Communication wise (email/phone calls) can improve, but overall their services were great! We used their safe services and I'd recommend them in a heart bit. Very happy customers!!! Also, their prices are VERY reasonable.
