If we could give Jacob a 10 star review we would! We were locked out of our VRBO around 8:15 pm and started frantically reaching out to the property management company Vacasa. That will be an entirely different review but none the less, after not getting any response two hours later, we decided to reach out to a locksmith. You’d be surprised at how many advertise they’re a 24 hour company and they’re not! Jacob immediately responded and was extremely professional and kind. Cannot say enough good things about him.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO LOW PRICE KEYS IN RENO I would like to first off start with the person I got was amazing. This company is extremely over priced though. I had one care reprogrammed for $460 and was quoted $690 for my other car but he was unable to do my other car so I called Low price keys and he came out and did it for $500 and quoted me 120 for the car that I got charged $460 for. Not only was he not able to do one of my cars but he scraped the paint and didn’t put the lock back together properly. The people are great just don’t think they are to experienced on some makes and models. Santiago with low price keys in Reno was able to do it all and he exited my expectation he should have no problem doing any make it model

I was told the job couldn't be done, that it was impossible. That even the dealership couldn't do it and my whole system had to be removed, then sent overseas reprogrammed, and sent back with a new key. After much patience, determination, and insane skill Alpine got the job done. I was 4 hours from home with 2 toddlers and lost the key to my new Subaru. I am forever grateful and can't say enough good things. Thanks again guys, what you did for me will forever be appreciated! #717

Mitch Saved our family trip!! Our RV door lock would not open and we were locked inside. He got there quickly climbed thru the window err opened with his tools in hand, charged $140 and took all parts apart and put them all back together after getting the door to open. Was not a lot of hope for us. He relieved the stress of the situation. He was polite and very down to earth. Mitch is the man!! Highly recommend them and Mitch for their service and price. This was all at midnight as well!!
