I was charged $20 for a toilet flapper, which I later found was $8.50 at Home Depot. When I called them later to ask them if the pricing had been a mistake, the gentleman at Bunchers told me that they don't get the same discounts as the larger stores. It seemed strange to me because they had other Koehler flappers on display for under 10$, while this piece was brought to me from their inside stock and pricing seemed arbitrarily decided.

The keys were good and worked, but it took about 6 minutes for each one to be made. The machine at Home Depot takes 2 minutes

This kiosk was easy and the keys are great. This was a better experience than some I've had with humans trained to make keys. I would definitely do this again.
