Gonzalo and his family rescued me when my alternator gave out just outside Rock Falls. Dakota, their seven month old Australian Shepard, also joined us for the ride. He may growl at you at first, but he is just protecting his mom and is a very good dog. Gonzalo and his team had my 2007 Toyota Camry SE's alternator replaced in under an hour, just as he said he would, allowing me to get back on the road. I'm not from the area, but I will be stopping back to get my oil changed the next time I am coming through the area.

Went into the ditch at 4am during a snow storm. He told me it would be a while, but made sure I had enough gas to keep the car running and he reminded me to make sure my exhaust pipe wasn't buried in the snow. He was very friendly and personable. I will absolutely use Gonzalo's again.
