I appreciate his service very much. I have called him twice now to help unlock my vehicle. About a month ago I called a different company and ended up paying twice what Mark charges. What I needed was minor, with the exception of needing a replacement lock on my steel screen door. The house door lock just needed adjusting. My bill was $322. Three times I requested an itemized bill but I was ignored. I will not return to them nor recommend them.

Great company with amazing experience .Philip helped me and he was an absolute gem. I was a dummy and got a house key stuck in my ignition. He came through just a few hours later after his other calls but I was happy he could help me as soon as possible. He was so great and acted with urgency. The machine read the key I needed copied and I had it less than a week later. Works perfectly - actually better than the original!

I needed two different padlock keys copied, both of them Master locks, the most common padlock made. The computer stated that this was an unusual key, and that most locksmiths don't even carry this key. EVERY locksmith has this blank key! Even Fred Meyer had this blank key! It was a waste of a trip considering they specifically advertise themselves as having padlock keys
