Store associate was very nice and knowledgeable. No pressure to purchase anything. He also shared helpful information as to why my key fob battery died so quickly. At this time they were running a special on AA and AAA batteries, which I had regrettably already purchased from another store. From the time that I walked in to the store, to the time that I walked out it was only about 5-7 minutes. They had exactly what I needed and the replacement service was speedy. Something really neat is that they offer a lifetime battery replacement option for key fobs, which is honestly a no brainer considering my original battery needed to be replaced after 1 year.
