Gave Phil a call to get a quote to re-key a new exterior door knob. Turns out he was nearby and was able to come over within 10 minutes of the call. I honestly can't compare the price to anyone else, but he's been doing this a long time, so I imagine it's in line with the others. He was extremely personable, and did a great job in about 15 minutes. I'll definitely use him again.

Phil was very professional and responsive. He took my call and came out the next morning right on time, figured out the issue quickly and corrected it. He also provided some good insight as to what to watch out for with other doors in my house and how to go about finding replacement parts. I would highly recommend Phil for any door/lock repair work.

Small family run hardware store with personal service. Sure beats the big box stores with convenience but it's a small store. However I'm always surprised how much they do have in stock.

I've always found what I was seeking. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is like the "old-fashioned" type of hardware stores of my early life, but carries the latest hardware, tools and other merchandise. If you have questions for are unsure of what you need, the staff will take the time to help you, even to suggesting how best to do the job you face. Five stars for personal sevice.
