My phone's screen was broken beyond use and after a couple days of shopping around, I brought my phone to this Batteries Plus Bulbs on a Monday, the manager told me I would get it back by late Wednesday to early Thursday of that week, which was quicker than the other places so I went with them. They reached out to me Friday to tell me I could pick up my phone but when I got there, the new screen wouldn't recognize any touch. He then said he would have to take the phone apart and look into it and he would let me know what the issue was. He said the screen was defective so they would replace it for free for the hassle. I didn't hear anything from them until I went in myself to see what was taking so long the following Thursday. Now there was a new manager at the who told me all the screens they got were defective and they would just replace my phone expect that would take a week to a week and a half, I asked if there were any other options that would be quicker and he again said he would get back to me. I decided to just get a replacement at this point because this store has done nothing but waste my time and annoy me even more about the situation. I'm sure if you need batteries or bulbs this place is fine but for tech repair I would not return.

I am soooooo thankful for this service! My car battery died and I *definitely* needed to have the battery completely replaced. I called at 12:20pm for emergency service, and within the hour my battery was replaced. Totally relieved, service was quick, genuine, friendly & completely reasonable price. Thank you SO MUCH!
