I stumbled upon this company while doing a search on the internet for the best emergency locksmith. I don't know what that recommendation exactly said, but their 24hour services are excellent. I later called these people when I was locked out of my car in the middle of the road, and their tech reached the location immediately to unlock the front door of my car. Great help!!!

I can’t speak on behalf of the of all the services that are offered from this company. But in regards to being locked out of your car and needing a replacement key I would highly suggest going another route. Requested a replacement key service & received a call from the technician. The tech maintained a professional manner on the phone but had this miserable demeanor. After the call, I received a call from the main number/customer service & they advised that my tech was here. When checking outside, no one was around. Waited 30 mins and called the customer service line to check on the status and was advised that the technician just arrived and that I’ll receive a call from him. Didn’t receive any call and checked outside - no one was there again. When calling to cancel the request, that advised that yet again, my tech was almost at my house and for me to hold on. But just cancelled outright.

He was very friendly, professional, and helpful, explaining exactly what he was doing, why & offered great value for money. Highly recommended. Thank you.

My name is Rocco, I work at Pete's lock and key. I'd like to start this off by saying, WE ARE NOT 24HR! We have been trying to change the information Google is providing our customers for 3 years now! We are sorry for your time being wasted when you come to our store to just find out we are not open or out on the road taking care of our other customers. We are a small mom and pop shop and there are just 2 of us running things. If you would like to stop in and have keys made, please call. We will always answer the phone. You may also call after 5pm if you have an emergency, as we have someone who will be able to come assist you after hours. We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Again, we are sorry for the confusion about our hours.
