I called on a Saturday and I'm new in town. I needed to change the locks on the house I just bought. The front storm door had a busted lock and I wanted all the locks to be on one key. Locksmith came, told me what I needed and sent me to Lowes on my own. Gave me the part from the front storm door. I went to Lowes, had locksmith speak to guy at Lowes. Lowes didn't have the part apparently. They only had two kinds. I was trying to find the other knobs and locks to the best of ability with what he wanted. He was "giving me 5 minutes" to get back. AGAIN! I'm in new town and still have trouble trying to find my new house and Lowes. I brought the stuff that I could get. I wanted stuff to match but I felt rushed and of course he got mad at me for taking too long. Stuff didn't match either. But the keys were made. He said I would hear back from him. Nope! I texted and he didn't get back. Had my realtor call, well he got back with her. I texted again. Thursday. Nope. Not done. Given Friday. Nope. Not done. 3 weeks! and Storm door has not been touched. $254 I was charged! Service fee I get. How many locks did you do? You should have went to Lowes YOURSELF to get the right parts. I shouldn't have had to do that. This is my first and last time. I have a different locksmith taking care of it now.

I’m sure it’s not a possibility everytime but _____(cant remember name) definitely went out of there way for me to squeeze me in on a busy schedule and spent a lot more time then he was expecting do to the nature of the repair and if he minded at all I couldn’t tell. Very friendly and personable as well as professional. Great quality work at a more than fair price. If you need locksmith service of any sort I’d be surprised if you were not satisfied when the work was done and you probably won’t get it any cheaper elsewhere. 👍🏻

Edit to my original review. I was charged double to cut a car key because it took two attempts for the technician to cut the key. However, after contacting the owner he assured me this was not correct and refunded the overage. I appreciate the prompt assistance and going beyond to make it correct. Very professional and I would definitely recommend their service.
