These guys were able to fix what the dealer broke. I took my truck to the Ford dealer to get a backup key made, because I only had one key. The dealer not only wasn't able to duplicate the key, but they somehow damaged the key I brought in that worked before so it would only work if you had it in the perfect spot. It sometimes took 30 minutes to get the truck started. The dealer said the key I had was after market and it damaged the ignition. They tried to charge me almost $600 to replace the ignition. I could tell that the dealer had no idea what they were doing so I took my truck and now damaged key to Key Man down the street. Key Man was able to diagnose the issue, which was the key not the ignition, and they were able to make two new copies to give me a backup key and also replace the key that the dealer damaged. Both keys were cheaper at Key Man than one key bought from the dealer. After they got the keys working they went the extra mile and lubricated the ignition and jumped my truck when the battery died. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were also upfront with whatever they charged before they did the work, so there were no surprises. Long story short, don't go to the dealer for key issues. Go to Key Man. They not only were less than half the price of the dealer, but had the tools/knowledge to get the job done right when the dealer didn't. They saved me several hundred dollars that I could have spent if I allowed the dealer to replace a functional ignition.

My son needed a fob because the solder on the board had come apart. They ordered in a new one and the programming was included as opposed to other shops and the dealership. Very affordable in comparison and they went the extra mile by fixing the defect in the original unit for free! Great place, super helpful, and very customer oriented. Any locksmith services needed? Go to Key Man for the best price AND best quality! Update! 9/1/2020 Needed a fob for an older Toyota. $75 and 15 minutes later, I am on the road with a programmed fob for my daughter's convenience and safety. Key Man is my go to place because the price and service is unbeatable.

Amazing service! I lost my keys playing with my dog in the Ogden River. I found a stranger and they called up Key Man. The gentleman that helped me was polite and helpful. He said that he'd be up to my car in 20 to 30 minutes. It took him half that time. He was very friendly and was really nice to my dog. He got my car unlocked, car started, and programmed a new fob. I am very grateful for this company's service.
