Dropped my truck off in the morning for the ignition switch. Billy knew I needed it within a couple of hours and it was done. He was very nice and courteous. Did the 6 ft. away with a mask (cause of covid). I highly recommend this place he was so helpful answering all my questions that I had for him. I wish everyone doing business was like him. Definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!

Had two door locks and deadbolts changed. Very courteous and professional. Didn't take too long and pricing was good. Would definitely use them again if needed. You can't go wrong 👍

Great experience! Called to set up for them to come change the lock on the store front, and they came the next day. The young man took less than 20 minutes to switch out and install a new lock!!! I highly recommend using palmer lock & key. They also gave us 5 replacement keys. Thank you for your time and we appreciate you!
