One of the locks on our office door was getting jammed. I called them and The tech was out at our office building in under 30mins! He let me know what needed to be done. He was professional, friendly, honest, and very responsive. I would highly recommend!! We will definitely use their locksmith services again.

I was quoted a price and charhed almost three times that. I was even charged a office fee..very disappointed and i do not recommend. Now the owner is posting they have no records of servicing me. Such a liar sadly.The tech that the owner sent out offered to service me aside from his job at a lower price because he agreed i had to over pay for a 5min service. I CALLED to speak with management and he stated he never quoted me a price. Wow he also stated he was the only one there. So who quoted me sir? Good luck to this company. I AM NOT A COMPETITOR I WAS A CUSTOMER.

Called in and spoke to a rude lady about getting a key made for a lock on a bar I have at home, she refused to refer me to anyone that could help me out and when I tried to explain about how I had been calling everywhere to find someone, just anyone that could help me fix a cherished item from my late grandparents she promptly hung up on me. I will not be calling this company again. Rudest phone call I have had and I had previously called around to 5 locksmiths in san antonio before this. They obviously don't care about customer service here.

Price gouge alert! DO NOT USE. was quoted $20 for the visit and $55 for the lock on the phone, did the unlock then charged 300+. $65 for visit and $220 for the lock. GET AQUOTE BEFORE THEY DO WORK. If they don't give you a paper quote before the work, DO NOT PAY. I am filing a BBB complaint. I encourage anyone who has fell victim to this shady business to do the same. Update: READ REVIEWS PLEASE, SAME ISSUE WITH MULTIPLE PEOPLE. IF YOU HAVE NO RECORD YOU'RE EITHER INCOMPETENT OR SOMEONE IS REDIRECTING CUSTOMERS TO A SCAM .
