Landers (the tech) came out early in the morning and discovered the dealership gave me the wrong chipped key. He had the right blank, cut it programed it and was gone in less than an hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I couldn't be happier.

Care Provisioning

The company came out. Did not give the receipt. Charged us double for the work. Then said they were never here. Called back and now they are saying they never did work for us. But clearly they were here since they are the only locksmith we called. Disputing with the bank and reporting to the BBB

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company over charged me $400 then tried to say that we canceled the service. If so why was I charged $750???? They then proceeded to tell me on another call I never had a service done by them and that there is no history of my account in the system. Then on my third call an employee was able to locate my account but couldn’t resolve the issue. I’m filing the dispute with my bank and reporting to BBB because I can’t even get in touch with a supervisor to have this resolved. The worker said the receipt would be emailed to me and they’re saying on the phone it is paper.

Although I was pleased with the install, the overall customer service experience was unsatisfactory. 2 ladies appeared at my door, did not introduce themselves, identify the company or anything. I had to ask them for some form of identification thto ensure they were connected with my request and also had to ask for their names since they did not offer them. I would think when you are going to a strangers home you would offer that info as customer service and ease.
