My son called this company in an emergency auto lock out situation during normal business hours and they charged $175 (they did not have to drive far at all - in the same town). The most expensive I could find online was $85-150 so I believe they just gauged him big time.

Called on December 14th regarding a service that I have been quoted on by several other locksmiths. The lady on the phone proceeded to say it is not possible and hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend this company to anyone regardless of what you need. EDIT: I called back to try and convey my point, the customer service rep (Megan) took my number and actually followed up on my inquiry, after she called back she confirmed they would not be able to do it but also said it was possible. She was very nice and overall it was a good experience. Knocking one star off still because my original call was terrible and I should not have had to call twice to get an answer.

Biggest rip off ever. I called to get a front door unlocked and when I called they were unable to tell me any sort of quote. When the guy arrived he told me $295 making it seem as if that was the total price. I told him that was way more than expected and I was going to call someone else. He then came down to $195 and then agreed so that I could just get it over with. Once he finished he THEN AND ONLY THEN mentioned the $35 service fee. What a shady way to do business! Stay away or be ripped off!!

These guys are horrible!! After setting an appointment with 3 hours notice they arrived 1 hour late. Once there, they tried to triple the price from what was quoted on the phone 4 hours earlier. There is no way I can recommend these guys for anything.
