I had 8 keys made, all of which were not copied well and require prolonged jiggling in the lock in order for the tumblers to line up and allow the key to turn.

The keys I purchased did NOT work in my home door lock, it when into the lock but would not turn...Could not fined my receipt to try to return them....Had to go to my local hardware to get one remade and had no problem with that one....

I accidently locked myself out of my apartment on saturday night. I called them and the locksmith was at my door in 15 minutes with his tools to get me back into my place! Within 15-20 minutes, he had me inside again without any damage whatsoever. He's really friendly too so that made it an even better experience!

The tech came out and tried to charge my 88 year old father $400 to open a garage door, luckily I arrived before my father okayed the work. After 5 minutes of arguing, the tech drilled 2 holes in the lock and it opened, it took 2 minutes. He charged us $150.00 cash, which was still way too much.
