The locksmith did not give any sense of the amount it would cost prior to coming and then did not give an accurate statement regarding the cost whether it was successful or not. The locksmith was unable to open the lock yet still charged the full amount. We were still locked out and down over $200.

Key me is an automated key duplication kiosk located in the west entrance of the Smith's maket place next to the claw machine. No locksmith services are available. The price per key is approximately $7.99 to $9.99. Keys get cheaper when you buy multiple copies.

Jay was an amazing guy he helped me out when I was locked outside my car at 2am on a freezing Sunday night. He came quicker than the 9 other companies I called (which clearly don’t care) very very low rate and genuine people. Even left a tip because of how low cost it is! I will definitely be using the other services they offer!

I was so impressed with Jay! He was so kind and personable and didn’t make me feel dumb at all for locking my keys in my running car🤦🏼‍♀️ He was on time and made sure that I was all taken care of before he left!
