Programmed and cut a much newer car key! They made sure it worked on the car and it did so flawlessly! It was very cold probably low 20s in temp and the effort and quality was very much appreciated given the tech was working on my car outside!! Highly recommend.

I came into the store to get a quote about how much it would cost to replace a mailbox key. The man helping me said it would be at least $15 but that he could get me a whole new lock for cheaper. I was all in and I ask if it would helpful to see the mailbox. He said yes. When I returned from my car a different employee took the mailbox and started working on it to try and find a lock that would fit. When he came out he told me the lock was $10 and the service was $10 since he installed it. I obviously was shocked because the first guy said it would be cheaper than just getting a key. I was also surprised because no service charge was listed anywhere in the store, nor did I ask him to install it. I asked if we could negotiate the service fee since I wasn’t notified and the first gentleman told me it would be cheaper than just getting a key. He responded by saying that it wasn’t a conversation with him and that he could take the lock off and just charge me for the lock. While I ended up buying the lock, I definitely installed it myself. This man was very rude and petty. Little did he know, I’m in the process of buying a multi-unit investment property. All the locks need to be replaced and I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE! ! Hope that $10 service charge was really worth it because they could have made a lot more. STAY AWAY if you value customer service.

I came in with a unique situation; and old front door knob of a type and size no longer manufactured. These guys helped me figure out, based on the parts I had brought in, what sort of knob I could use to replace it so that I wouldn’t have to remake everything custom. They stayed late after officially closing to teach me how to assemble and install it in the door. I didn’t have to hire a locksmith! Very good people to know; they really came through for me. I will definitely use their services again.

I almost have to laugh because poor Andy's first impression of the building was me jumping out of my car and telling him he had to move out of another unit owner's parking spot. (I'm fed up with people parking in our private spots and have made it clear in no uncertain terms.) I found out afterward that he was told to pull around to the back to get a Guest Pass, but I wasn't even home and am the only one who could give it to him. He apologized and moved over shortly after, saying, "I understand. We're still friends." He was so nice about it while I was grumbling about parking spots. More importantly though, he was there to change a condo unit owner's locks and did it faster than I could talk to her. We were in the middle of a story, and he was just done with the front and back locks. He even gave her a tip on fixing a storm door lock. (Somehow I totally missed the sticker on the inside, even though I'd already had three other locks changed.) We traded a few funny stories, and he left shortly after. I was surprised he even gave me a couple business cards after this, but I made a point of recommending him to another unit owner who wants his locks changed almost minutes after Andy drove off. I'd be happy to work with him if my go-to is unavailable. He's super fast and pleasant. (Note: I did not negotiate nor make any payments for re-keying, so this review is only based off of customer service and viewing for another person's transaction. I was just there to watch.)
