Felix, the head mechanic here is one of the nicest fellows you will ever meet. He is honest and does good work. He doesn't do things that don't need to be done, and explains why. He won't take jobs he knows he can't do well. He is happy to show you what he is doing or did, and explain why. His place is not fancy, but it is good. Kind of just what you want in a mechanic and mechanic shop. Old school mechanic = good mechanic.

He coached me through some final steps and with his help I was able to get it unlocked. On top of this, he tried not to charge me because he said I had done it myself.
