I made 4 keys. 2 brass and 2 harder material. The ones made of hard material have burrs and require a wire brush finish not only because they risk damaging the handle, but it can cut your hand. The system was installed at Lowes, but he refused the Lowes Credit Card. Occupying a better finish after the execution of the key.

I needed a Chevy key duplicated. The key is one of the flip out style key w/attached fob. I called the dealership and was told the key cost $300 so I searched Amazon and bought one for under $20 with free shipping. I brought the blank key to Adam lock and safe and they rudely refused to cut the key that I provided. They would only cut the key if I bought it from them for several hundred dollars.... the same key that I bought for $20. These guys are insane, they expect a 97% margin on a key that cost them less then $12! I picked Adams lock & safe because I am also in the market for a new rifle safe and thought I could shop for a safe while there, however their rude and unprofessional chased away a my business . I’ll buy a $2500 safe from their competitors!

How a company acts when things go wrong are what proves they deserve my money. An unusual occurrence (potentially no fault of their own) left me quite sour. I have an aggressive response during things like this, and the assurance I got made me confident they would "make things right." The service they provided in that moment was in my opinion above and beyond. I have used them for a number of keys of various styles I do not have any hesitation to use them again in the future. (and I likely will). They get a 5 star for the impressive response and assistance they provided me. I was gearing up for an argument and they 100% took care of me; and there was nothing to disagree about.
