I was surprised how well the key worked on the first try. Sure, I spent a couple bucks extra because I chose a "special" key, but I was totally cool with it because it saved me about 45 minutes because I didn't have to go to a hardware store and wait for someone. Granted, I like to pay someone's paycheck, but I really needed to get this key done and I was very happy with the product.

Terrible service. National company that promises someone will come and then they try to call around to send someone. I called a local guy and he was wonderful. Avoid these scam artists. They charge a finders fee and then the locksmith gets to charge their fee. Corporate middleman. Do not use them.
