Not our first choice. We just moved in a week ago, apparently latch on door opens from the inside even when locked. We were putting something in our car, got locked out of our home in freezing weather without a jacket. Called KeyMe Locksmiths in Bedford, Nh. Receptionist said she would have one of their locksmiths call us. "John" called, said he was 5 minutes away and came right away. Other places we called would be 45 minutes. John arrived, said "Hello, this is a very, very nice area, very nice houses here." Said he would try to open without having to drill out the lock. Explained that it was $40 for service call, $250 to open the door! In less than 2 minutes, he had it opened. Apparently he didn't unlock the door, just opened it, because when I went in to get my husband a jacket and came back out, the door was locked again! He opened it again and said it was good, we were getting it opened twice for the $250 price. He was upset we were charging it because now he had to pay the transaction fee. So, I gave 3 stars because he came in 5 min, he unlocked the door twice and we didn't have to stay out in the freezing cold for very long. If we had somewhere warm we could wait for 45 minutes, I would have called someone else.

Got keys made at a kiosk in Bed Bath and Beyond in Bedford NH. Took less time to make the keys than it did for my wife to complete her pruchase. Keys worked worked fine (which is more than I can say for my experience at our local hardware store, unfortunately).
