Key was scanned but not available to be made at the Menards store so the scan was automatically sent to HQ for the key To be made and then mailed to me. Unfortunately, I was sent an email some days later stating that the machine did not choose the key that was available, so I was refunded my money and no key was sent. Overall, my experience was positive but I never got a key.

STAY AWAY!!! They sold me a bad battery! They would not allow me to return it. If you're looking for a battery, this is not a place. Go to Napa, better customer service. Update: If you guys gladly check battery’s, Why did I receive bad one? Seems your workmanship is bad.

Great experience. My daughter had a car emergency and needed a battery installed on a Saturday at the end of her work. Batteries Pus came through for us. We ordered online, selected installation, picked a time and showed up. It was very easy, except it was -5F so you can imagine - wasn’t easy on the batteries plus guy! Really appreciate it and will come back for all our auto batteries needs.

My Car battery was close to dying. they had the right one in stock. Not only did they install the battery for me but they took care to test the alternator to make sure that wasn't the problem. The guys at Batteries Plus Bulbs were very helpful and quick to help. I will come back to this store for all my battery needs!
