Both the fobs on my boyfriend's car were low battery, so we went to Batteries Plus. They did a really quick battery change, and we were in and out within 10 minutes! The store is socially distanced, and the associates were all excited to help! We got asked twice if we needed help while we were waiting for the battery change. Loved the energy, pun intended.

Minnesota is experiencing a week of extreme weather well below zero. The store was swamped, and staff acknowledged all customers and were very friendly despite stressed customers. Store unable to replace warranty battery with the same one - offered an upgrade from another location for no additional charge. The store called promptly when the battery was available for pickup. During both visits, your staff retrieved and returned my battery to my car (too heavy for me to do). Have been going to this store for decades since it opened in May 1994 and have consistently had exemplary customer service with a great product. I had a fabulous experience today at Batteries Plus. They greeted me when I walked through the door and asked what I needed help with, then answered my product questions. When I was checking out, the clerk was friendly and empathized with my battery changing challenge. They even applied my coupon despite my difficulty pulling it up on my phone. Later that afternoon they actually returned the voicemail from that morning - which I find highly unusual these days. I’ll definitely be back and am grateful for the service I received.
