Only place I found in last 2 months in either Linn County or Lane that could give me a new key for my Lexus. Simon was quick and courteous and we were so impressed with his prices that we had him also make a spare key for our Crossfire. His investments in that expensive equipment was WORTH gold to us! No one else had ‘The Right Stuff’!

My home warranty company assigned a claim to them. It took over a week for them to contact me and then schedule an appointment another week out. No big deal, but then they never showed up. I have tried to call/text/email them to have them complete the job for over a month. Both I and my warranty company cannot get in contact with anyone even after they sent a mass email saying they were there for all their clients. My complaint echoes others on Google. If you get to choose a company to work with, keep looking because these people don't seem to care.

Great. We ordered the rekey service from AHS home warranty. They came all the way from central Oregon to southeast Washington. David was very nice and professional. He also followed our requests to make the entire process contactless. I would strongly recommend C&D.

Update: it's your business phone number in my phone call log, also your business name and number are written on the calendar so someone wanted off work early. I called on a Friday to make an appt to get a broken lock repaired. The man said he could have a locksmith out at 5pm that same day. I said I already left the estate, but could go back up. Less than 20 minutes later I get a call back & the man tells me that his locksmith can't be out at 5pm because he gets off work at 4pm, that he doesn't work Saturday's, but can come out on Sunday. So we set an appointment for Sunday at 11am. 1I1am no show, 11:30am no show and no phone call. Around 12pm I called to ask where the locksmith was, since I had an 11am appt. The man said he would call the locksmith for his ETA. By 4pm I still had not recieved a call back from A-1. On Monday I stopped by Heymans Safe & Lock and set up an appt for Wednesday at 2pm, they were on time! I guess I should have read the reviews before calling A-1.
