I called ELK at 1:45 as our front door lock wouldn't open/close. Adam and another gentleman came by 2:40, fixed it at were done by 3:00! Very professional and good price for a urgent job. Thanks also to Debbie for getting a hold of them so quickly!

Great shop. Very helpful guys. I had an antique chest with locking drawers and needed a key. They spent almost an hour custom-making a key for me. Only $25.

I locked myself out of a file cabinet. After a few calls around town they were willing and helpful enough to try a re-key ($15) as opposed to trying to talk me into a new lock (150+). A quick trip to the store (5-10 minutes) and my cabinet is ready to use again! They were friendly and quick. This is the place to go.
