I called to setup an appt last week and scheduled it for 12/23. No one showed . I called them back and asked what happened and why no one showed up. They said they had some 'emergencies' come up and had to re-schedule me for 12/24. They never called me to let me know that. So, 12/24 gets here.......no one showed up again and no one called me. I called this morning (12/28) to cancel the appt all together. Just a really bad way to run a business with poor communication.

I had an appointment to open my condo whose keypad battery died. They did not get to it that day so I asked if anyone needed to be there and they said no so I rescheduled for 9am the next day. At 1 pm the tech finally called and had no notes for what to do and said he could not change the battery without someone present. Talked to 5 different people during this scheduling process and none seemed to know what the others had written down. Going elsewhere for service.

The technician was professional and efficient. It was a miserably hot day but he worked without complaint, was very approachable and answered all of our questions. Their prices were reasonable and they were able to make all of our extra keys as well as replace a broken door knob which saved us a lot of time and was about the same price as we would have paid elsewhere. Would recommend them again.

I initially called over the weekend and was able to set up a Monday call. They are friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and quick. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
