Less than a year ago when they came out to install new locks they tried to charge more than quoted, today I called because I cannot use my back door lock as it is loose and won’t open. I called them to repair and they want to charge me. I have been in my building for 6 years with no issues so it makes no sense in them not to keep there word on the warranty when I have never have had this issue before.

My daughter needed a duplicate car key, and called discount lock and key for an estimate on a car key with a chip, they said approximately 100$, which was far better than the dealership, (170-220$). When I got to discount, I discovered the key did not have a chip, cost me 5 dollars and 4 minutes for a new car key! Love Discount Lock and key, great, honest service!
