The technician was professional and efficient. It was a miserably hot day but he worked without complaint, was very approachable and answered all of our questions. Their prices were reasonable and they were able to make all of our extra keys as well as replace a broken door knob which saved us a lot of time and was about the same price as we would have paid elsewhere. Would recommend them again.

We were able to duplicate one of the two keys that we needed to copy using the KeyMe kiosk. The second key was a size that was "unsupported" by the automated system. One out of two wasn't bad, and we were satisfied with the brass duplicate that we did make.

Unfortunately my keys didn’t work, but great customer service. Very apologetic and polite young lady processed a refund immediately. I would try one of your kiosks again. Perhaps it was my master key that was at fault.
