The technician was professional and efficient. It was a miserably hot day but he worked without complaint, was very approachable and answered all of our questions. Their prices were reasonable and they were able to make all of our extra keys as well as replace a broken door knob which saved us a lot of time and was about the same price as we would have paid elsewhere. Would recommend them again.

I was locked out of my car and didnt have the spare key fob so I called suntrust locksmith. Technician arrived in 15 min, was very nice and made sure to tell me that he will help me and take care of me. After unlocking the car the key was not inside (which I suspected that it wont)
